TL;DR
- Pixello will completely discontinue the usage of WhatsApp and switch to Telegram for all form of communications.

WhatsApp has been our primary mode of communication, sales and service since the inception of our business however, due to recent changes in WhatsApp’s terms and guidelines, they have abruptly suspended our WhatsApp account blocking all interactions and updates.
This has critically affected our core services and offerings, to tackle this issue we have decided to permanently switch to Telegram (an alternative messaging service) for their better suite of offerings and more harmonious guidelines.
What will be changing?
- Pixello will utilize Telegram for new sales and related queries.
- Telegram will also be used for queries and warranty services for ongoing and previous purchases.
- Pixello will entirely discontinue the usage of WhatsApp for any and all form of communication.
What you need to do?
- Install and register on Telegram on your device from the app store if you are a first time Telegram user.
- Save our contact number: +91-7021880521 (@realpixello) and say Hi to us on Telegram.
- Join our Telegram updates channel (@pixelloupdates)
- Join our Telegram support group (@pixellosupport)
- If you do not use Telegram, we will not be able to provide warranty and support services for existing purchases and those will be considered void by default once the warranty tenure expires.
What will not change?
- We store all transactions, service records, credits and balances in our database separate from WhatsApp hence, there is no loss of data and history which will be utilized when you communicate with us on Telegram.
- Everything except for the changes mentioned above will continue to remain business as usual.
