We suggest users to not miss their Spotify renewals with us. Currently, you can enjoy the price benefit of the legacy plan but once removed from the group, you may never get that price again.

This notice provides a clear update on the ongoing changes in Adobe’s licensing strategy.

Adobe Market Transition – Effective 30 November
Adobe will be shifting all customers to the new VIP Marketplace model. As part of this migration, Adobe is suspending existing organizations across all segments, including:
* Education
* Enterprise
* Creative Cloud Pro
* Creative Cloud Pro Plus
* All other organizational types

Current Status
All customers operating under the Nova-Waves Organization are functioning normally without any disruption.

The notification you received from the Hubbword Console is part of our contingency framework. Your email was added to the backup profile to ensure that, in the event Nova-Waves Organization encounters a suspension or technical issue, you can immediately transition to Hubbword Console profile and maintain uninterrupted service.

Backup Systems
Should the Hubbword Console Organization also experience an issue, we have multiple additional backup environments ready. Business continuity is fully protected.

Transition on 30 November
Once Adobe completes the marketplace shift on 30 November, we will migrate to the new VIP Marketplace as required. We request your continued cooperation during this transition. Our operations have remained stable for the past 2 years, and we will continue to maintain the same level of reliability.

While Adobe may experience occasional system glitches or updates, we work continuously to ensure you remain unaffected.

Important: Adobe Cloud Storage Advisory
Adobe recommends using external storage solutions such as Google Drive due to potential reliability issues with Adobe Cloud storage. To prevent any risk of data loss, please back up your Adobe Cloud data to:
* Google Drive
* Local PC or laptop
* Any secure personal storage

This precaution is strongly advised for data safety.

Spotify has officially discontinued their Family Plan. Consequently, we’ll be discontinuing our current Spotify offerings.

All active subscriptions will continue for as long as Spotify allows. Renewals, if possible, will be processed at current pricing. Please note that service interruptions may occur — refunds will be provided as per our refund policy in such cases.

Queued orders can either remain on hold pending further updates or be refunded upon request.

We’re exploring alternative music plans and will announce them once available.
