Prime Video

  • This service is not available on your existing Amazon account i.e. a new account will be provided to use.
  • This service is for Prime Video only. No other Amazon service should be accessed using this account.
Terms of use:
  1. Remove all Amazon apps (such as Amazon Shopping, Audible, Kindle, Amazon Music, etc.) before logging in to Prime Video and keep only the Prime Video app installed. Why is this required? (Alternative: Android users can use the Prime Video app in Parallel Space instead)
  2. You must NOT sign-in to any Amazon service other than Prime Video.
  3. You must NOT add a mobile number to the account.
  4. You must NOT change the email id linked to the account.
  5. Fire TV is not supported as it does not allow to have a separate account for Prime Video.
  6. Warrant for 1 device login and stream; no support will be provided for additional devices.
Warranty will be void if any of the above points are violated.

  • It is highly recommended to use a Trial first before you opt for a paid subscription. This will help you to be sure about any incompatibility and potential issues.
  • Trial fee is non-refundable and can be used as discount to upgrade to a paid plan within 24 hours after the trial has expired.
  • The subscription is not cancellable once the account is created or renewed.
  • Some apps may require a separate app subscription unrelated to the Liveo content service.
  • Pixello retains only limited control on the content and quality. Any user reported issue will be cascaded to the vendor but we are unable to provide an ETA or guarantee a resolution.

Warranty will be void if any of the above points are violated.
